Formerly Davis Aerospace and Maritime High School, the Building Brighter Futures initiative determined resources could be used more sustainably if this school and Cleveland High School for the Digital Arts operated as a single school.
Benjamin O. Davis Jr. High School is a vibrant hub of creativity, innovation, and ambition, where students are inspired to dream big and achieve greatness in the heart of Cleveland.
This innovative high school combines the strengths of Cleveland High School for Digital Arts and Davis Aerospace and Maritime High School, delivering a future-focused education that combines digital media arts with aerospace and maritime pathways. Scholars can transform their passions into lifelong careers through:
- Immersive, project-based learning in video game design, graphic design, social media communications, photography, film production.
- Explore aviation, learn to fly a plane or repair aircraft engines.
- Explore maritime science, work on a boat, and gaining real-world experience.
- Opportunities to earn college credit, graduation seals, and internships with community partners.
Davis High School empowers scholars to chart their own course while mastering skills that matter.
