Mission

Montessori is a research-based model where students learn in developmentally appropriate, engaging, multi-age classrooms and use inviting, self-correcting Montessori materials, starting in Pre-K.

Tremont Montessori is the first public elementary Montessori school in Ohio to receive accreditation from the American Montessori Society (AMS)

Our educators partner with families  to meet or exceed state standards and prepare our students for academic excellence, social responsibility, and a lifetime of learning.

We strive to live up to our school wide virtues—Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Empathy. We celebrate individual and community successes. Our Children’s House features a top-rated PreK program with a Gold rating from the State of Ohio.

Next school year, our school community will relocate to the Waverly campus, and be renamed Waverly Montessori School.

Contact choice navigators Ameer Ward or Morgan Morgan with questions.
