Stonebrook-White Montessori offers a special learning environment that follows the Montessori philosophy, which prepares the whole child for academic excellence, promotes social responsibility, and stimulates lifelong learning. We serve students from Children’s House to Middle School, and our top-rated PreK program accepts students as young as 3 years old.

Ours is a peaceful, public learning community where every child is valued, encouraged to discover their purpose, and challenged to make a positive difference. All of our students can access courses beyond art, music, and physical education, along with expanded team sports and extracurricular activities.

As part of the Building Brighter Futures process, our school community will relocate to the Stephanie Tubbs Jones school campus for the 2026-2027 school year, and be renamed Michael R. White Montessori School.

The improved building condition, including air conditioning, offers a path to more sustainable enrollment to support expanded courses, clubs and sports options.
