School Details

Buhrer is the oldest dual-language school in Ohio. All classes are taught in English and Spanish, and our students become proficient in both languages as part of a rigorous academic community. Success is expected on both languages in all core subjects within our supportive multicultural environment.

Our mission is to provide opportunities for children to

  • Develop fluency in Spanish/English through bilingual education.
  • Build cross-cultural understanding and collaboration strategies.
  • Grow both academically and in their social/emotional well-being.
